As a total Geek in all things Employer branding, recruitment marketing and any other name we want to call the same thing, there is nothing Nick loves more than celebrating the work of our industry and the brave teams and organisations making steps for push forward our industry and the importance around the role we do.
Nick loves tech and not just TA/Recruitment tech but all things tech in our lives. Having worked at Vodafone and currently IBM Nick has been fortunate enough to not just do some cool things but also win a number of awards for that work.
Having been a judge a few years ago Nick jumped at the chance to chair the awards and really make sure that all work is judged fairly and on its merits, of course without being too easy on the entries.
Nick is also known for wearing shocking jackets at the awards night and is usually pretty easy to spot due to this.

That Little Agency is his baby, and it is growing into a pretty little toddler. Oh, and he’s particularly proud of his RAD award.
It’s taken me 20 odd years to claw my way to the top using unscrupulous means. Wholly unqualified and blessed with little skill. I’ve created fabrications, over-embellished, stolen things and bent the rules at every available opportunity. I’ve gilded the Lilly, told tall tales and convinced people to do things they didn’t want to, I’ve even invented stuff that no-one thought they wanted. But now I’m here at these lofty heights.. I’ll be a truthful, fair and just judge, an unwavering beacon of light, standing up for what is right and true.

You know that really annoying person who always seems to see the glass half full? Hi, yes, that's me. Born and bred in Norway, educated and trained in Britain. No, this is not the Royal Navy, but you'll find me art directing at Pink Squid. Colour-in expert, creator of happy accidents or Adobe goal digger. An Art Director can go by many names, but I’ve always found that a person should be judged on what they can do, not by what their title is. As a first-timer on the judging panel, I can’t wait to help showcase and celebrate the best creative work in our industry.

I’m also passionate about coaching others on their journey to being experts and influencing the positive development of employer marketing industry.
Whether it’s film-making, photography or animation, my passion lies in using the plethora of visual crafts available to tell stories and communicate new ideas. I’ve worked in marketing as an art director for 8 years spanning multiple different disciplines, but my passion for a simple and compelling idea, beautifully executed, has remained a constant. My venture into the world of employer branding is a relatively new one, but the opportunity to tell real stories in new and compelling ways has really captured my imagination.
