Founded by twin brothers Adrien and Pierre Gaubert eight years ago, myGwork is the business community for LGBTQ+ professionals, graduates, inclusive employers and anyone who believes in workplace equality. The award-winning company aims to empower the LGBTQ+ community by offering individual members a safe space to connect with inclusive employers and find jobs and mentors.

myGwork also organises free events, such as its annual virtual five-day conference WorkPride and career fair #WorkFair to help LGBTQ+ professionals connect with inclusive employers and other LGBTQ+ professionals/allies. Additionally, myGwork helps organisations to promote LGBTQ+ inclusion through training, e-learning and workshops.
