Spanning over 20 years in Talent Acquisition, Development & Management, Eunice is currently the global VP, Global Talent Acquisition for IHG (Intercontinental Hotel Group) Hotels & Resort, one of the leading Hotel organizations globally, delivering true hospitality for good.
Currently responsible for setting up a truly global Talent Acquisition function via an innovative and forward-thinking approach to attracting and retaining the right Talent where only the best will do for IHG. 350,000 colleagues make up the IHG family, across corporate offices globally and in Hotels, the IHG estate spans over 650 leased, managed and franchise Hotels with nearly 1,800 Hotels in pipeline also. Operating out of the UK HQ, IHG’s presence spans across 100+ Countries within 19 different Hotel brands.
Prior to IHG Eunice was Global Head of Talent Acquisition, for 3.5 years at The LEGO Group, building a best-in-class Global Talent Acquisition function, with a core focus on driving operational efficiencies, leverage the incredible employer brand of LEGO and driving consumer grade candidate and customer experience to the next level. Prior to The LEGO Group Eunice was a freelance consultant for 16 years working across multiple industries for well-known FTSE brands such as Kerry Group, BP, Vodafone, T-Mobile, RBS, Virgin, Randstad and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young to name a few and always within the field of Talent.
She has a true warmth and passion for people nurtured from her Italian upbringing and the rooted belief that everyone can be their best and unlock their true potential with some gentle coaching, support and encouragement to be curious to grow and flourish.
Outside of work, her family keep her on her toes with 2 teenagers, a tolerant and patient husband of many years and 2 young energetic boy Labradors who keep her company on morning runs and endless Team calls! With a keen focus on super healthy living, tons of exercise and learning to play Golf and surviving CrossFit sessions, interspersed with good Italian Opera and of course cooking and eating amazing foods in shared company.
