Heather has 10 years’ agency experience followed by 10 years in-house in international roles. In her time in-house she set up an employer brand team in the Middle East for the region’s largest retail franchise company before returning to London to work for SAP and develop their recruitment marketing function from a team of one to a global team based in China, India, Germany, UK and North America.
She is passionate about ensuring everyone has a voice and is the co-lead of Pride@SAP where she says she gets to throw a lot of glitter around to promote diversity topics.
