After graduating from University, I landed in the world of employer branding and despite my usual love of a plan, I didn’t foresee what was to come. But, it’s fair to say I found my passion. And I’ve spent the last ten years in agencies helping brands communicate with people.

As Client Services Director at Pink Squid, partnerships are at the heart of everything I do, and I spend my days making sure that whatever the ambition, we find the ways to make it a reality.

The RADs are well known in our industry, often deemed “the Oscars of employer branding” and a great opportunity to celebrate the best in our world. So I’m beyond happy to be part of the judging process this year, and look forward to a healthy debate with the rest of the panel to find those all important and worthy winners.
