I’ve enjoyed over 25 years in the industry, starting at MDK, then TMP, and Papirfly before joining the talented team at Radancy, earlier this year. It has been a great pleasure working with brilliant Customers and meeting talented individuals from such a diverse range of recruiting organisations, from the BBC, Land Rover and MI5 (where we worked on their first ever employer brand in 2006, fascinating stuff!) to IBM, Unilever and Rolls Royce, where we supported their global employer brand activation – and much more in between.
I am excited to meet the judges (many familiar faces already!) and debate the great work our peers have created.
