Sponsor logos and company profiles feature on the RADS website, on collateral throughout the 8 month marketing campaign, and in the awards presentation and room branding. Please send an .eps of your logo and a c.100 word company profile to jamie.dady@personneltoday.com.


ASAP: Additional tables

Sponsors receive 1 table of 10 at the awards and the ability to purchase additional tables at a reduced rate. We strongly recommend that you purchase additional tables as soon as possible to ensure we can place all of your tables together. To book additional tables click here. Friday 8 December: Programme print ad deadline

Sponsors are allocated a full page (left-hand), full colour print ad next to the shortlist for their sponsored category in the awards programme, which is given to every guest at the RADS.

Sponsor logos and company profiles will also be printed in the programme, under the shortlist for their sponsored category. If you want to update these, please email jamie.dady@personneltoday.com by the above deadline.

Specs: CMYK, 300DPI, PDF to be supplied with crop marks

Safe zone: 89mm width x 200mm height (we recommend keeping important text and images within this area to avoid cropping)

Trim size: 99mm width x 210mm height

Bleed size: 105mm width x 216mm height

Friday 15 December: Sponsor representative deadline

At the awards, a representative from each sponsor will be introduced onto stage to announce the winner of their sponsored category. We strongly recommend that representatives attend a rehearsal at 18:30 in the Great Room on the evening of the Awards.

Please let us know who your representative is and whether they can attend the rehearsal by emailing info@radawards.com.


Friday 15 December: Guest list deadline

Unless otherwise agreed, sponsorship packages include one table of ten. Tickets will be sent four weeks prior to the event. To ensure that your table guests are published within the programme and confirm which address we should send your tickets to, please download and complete the guest list form and return it to info@radawards.com 

Even if you do not know the details of your full complement of guests, please send us what you have at the time. Names received after this date may not feature in the programme. Names will be printed on table plans and place cards only if they meet the print deadlines:

Dress code: Black tie and cocktail/evening dresses.

Light effects: Substantial lighting effects will take place throughout the evening. It is important that you inform your guests should they be sensitive to such effects.

Photography: Photographs and video will be taken at this event. By attending the event you grant the event organisers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for visual presentation, social media or marketing purposes relating to the event or future events organised by DVV Media International Ltd. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use of these materials.
