Who knew 20+ years ago stuffing candidate application packs would lead to a seat on the judging panel of our beloved RADs? There’s no back story where I jumped from agency to agency or a long list of different roles before I settled into the world of media, but instead, I sat back, enjoyed the ride and watched the many different guises of TMP/PeopleScout unfold. Imagine spending more time at one company than most people spend in their entire career?! Mad as it seems it’s served me well and I’ve loved every minute getting to work with the best of the best. As Head of Media & Attraction I love nothing more than building relationships, digging through data and providing media solution that works for our clients.
I’m excited to see what our industry has to offer and be part of a rigorous collaborative judging panel. I also like a lively debate so if judging is defined as “forming, giving, or to have an opinion based on facts” I think I’ll feel right at home. Regardless of the winners, it’s definitely about taking part and RADs 2024 will undoubtedly be a momentous celebration, it will have absolutely nothing to do with the fact it’s my 40th birthday on the same day.
