David has over 10 years’ in-house experience in defining EVPs, creating award-winning Employer Brands and amplifying them, at scale, to different audiences from Early Careers to Tech to Customer Services across different regions.  He has a broad background prior to this in TA strategy, Assessment, Onboarding, Exec Hiring and Talent Management.

He is passionate about the impact of an employment proposition; finding those one or two things that makes each organisation unique and using the power of employee advocacy and storytelling to bring it to life.
