Eleni’s career in the employer brand and talent attraction space spans 15 years. In her current role she is driving strategy, creation and execution of all employer brand, employee comms and recruitment marketing activities across a portfolio of global accounts. Founded and currently heading up the agency’s DE&I practice, Eleni also works with clients from across different sectors in this space. Her background is in financial services, having spent a large part of her career running the EMEA Early Talent Marketing team at Morgan Stanley.
