My first words were “Employer Brand”. Not quite but not far off. Employer brand runs in my family and I’m a second-generation Employer Brand enthusiast (there can’t be many of us?!). Alongside discussions over the dinner table growing up with my Dad running an agency in New Zealand, I’ve had over 6 years working in all things EB and recruitment marketing globally. At Tonic, I’m an Employer Brand Strategist, passionate about using data and insights to create innovative strategies for organisations that capture attention and elevate people experiences. Over the last number of years, I’ve been really impressed about how organisations have adapted to an unprecedented amount of change, and I’m really excited about seeing some brilliant work across the industry.

When not at work, I’m either making clothes, vintage shopping, studying art history or trying to get to every art exhibition in London (not an easy task!).
