Tom brings to his work 16 years of diverse experience across industry sectors. He started his career in learning and development at Barclays UK Retail Bank where he was seconded to work in Delhi, led Diageo’s graduate recruitment operations across Western Europe, set up a global leadership development practice at Pearson, and is in a senior leadership role as Head of Talent and Performance at Telegraph Media Group.
