The RAD Awards 2026 winners have been announced!

The 36th annual RAD Awards took place on 29 January 2026 in the glamorous Great Room at the Grosvenor House Hotel on London’s exclusive Park Lane.

Director of the RAD Awards, Richard Andrews said: “This year we were overwhelmed to receive the highest number of entries in the RADS’ 36 year history! It’s a testament to how committed our industry is to raising the profile of the outstanding work coming out of the employer branding and people communications space. A big thank you to everyone who took the time to enter and congratulations to our winners!”.

Chair of Judges 2026, Danni Brace said: “Every submission represents hours of thinking, collaboration and belief in the power of great ideas. From the first brief to the final submission, the dedication behind this work is something to be proud of.“.

All winners are determined independently by our fantastic team of judges over a series of remote and in-person judging sessions. Huge thanks to them for giving up their time to assess every piece of work.
