Digital services company Innovecs wanted to enhance its employer brand in the Ukrainian job market, as well as increase awareness in countries including Poland, Romania and Hungary. It came up with a campaign to raise awareness about the importance of good quality sleep among the tech community, showing it to be a caring and innovative employer. The primary audience would be its own employees, but it also wanted to amplify its brand to developers, tech specialists and designers.
The solution included an ASMR sleep soundtrack that would encourage listeners to calm their minds, accompanied by a social media advertising campaign and social media challenge. Other offerings included a free habit tracking template so the audience could monitor their sleep patterns, an online lecture for team mates and the wider tech community, and a blog from employees sharing their experiences.
The campaign increased employee satisfaction, reduced anxiety levels and improved overall wellbeing, according to interviews with employees. Innovecs’ reputation as an employer that cares about the health of the workforce improved, and there was a positive impact on corporate culture and other mental health initiatives. In the wider digital community, Innovecs raised awareness about the importance of sleep for good mental health.
