The Public Sector Resourcing Framework by AMS manages more than 18,000 contingent workers, overseeing billions in hiring budget and generating millions in cost savings. But despite consistently high candidate satisfaction scores, it wanted to review and reimagine candidate experience. To do this, AMS designed a new, content-rich careers site that would bring to life the brand and keep workers coming back when they’re ready for their next contract.
The company also launched a new ATS and CRM system that would build talent pool engagement, powered by Avature. This sends out more specific and tailored information to passive and active job seekers, delivering a more precise candidate experience. Candidates can benefit from support such as a guaranteed interview for ex-Armed Forces personnel and those with disabilities, reasonable adjustments captured at application stage, and accessibility provisions across all materials.
The user experience was further enhanced through worker satisfaction surveys, as well as onboarding system Amiqus, which ensures the employer experience remains positive up to and beyond their first day. To ensure continuous improvement, AMS launched advanced sentiment capture technology to collect real-time feedback at multiple stages in the process. Feedback from contractors has praised PSR for the personal touch and positive experience.
