Siemens wanted to create an experience that would empower candidates to showcase their strengths, and came up with Strengthscope, a comprehensive self-assessment tool.

Anyone who registers interest receives an invitation to complete the assessment, which allows them to explore their strengths without any pressure on the rest of the process. The insights from these assessments are a springboard for deeper and more personal conversations during the interview, but also support those who do not proceed to the next stage. Strengthscope has been rolled out across 28 countries and 14 languages, and 98% of candidates said their experience was positive. More than nine in 10 said the tool beneficially impacted their decision making process.
